Huck's, operated by Martin and Bayley, Inc., has expanded to over 130 locations across five states and has become a financially robust company with a workforce exceeding 2,500 employees. In a landmark decision in March 2001, the Martin and Bayley family sold the company to its employees, creating a 100% employee-owned enterprise.
