The team is led by Alexander Obolsky, MD, a board-certified psychiatrist. Custom Access Psychiatry & Therapy offers both in-office and at-home assessments and mental health services, ensuring that all patients have access to mental health care they need.
          Patients receive individualized care designed to address mental health symptoms, explore and resolve the underlying issues and concerns that contribute to mental health conditions. Our team works closely with patients’ families and caregivers, educating and helping patients’ support network to understand their needs.
          Custom Access Psychiatry & Therapy focuses on the mental health issues of patients taking into consideration their medical needs by collaborating with outside physicians to coordinate care. The team offers treatments for depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, mood disorders and many other invisible conditions that are frequently ignored or are inadequately treated. Dr. Obolsky and his team provide the customized care in order for patients to improve their mental health and fulfill their full potential.
          You will have direct access to your psychiatrist or other clinical staff via extended appointment sessions and phone calls between sessions. We provide flexible schedule and can meet patients where ever is most convenient for them, including home visits, traditional office visits or secured online video sessions.
