My Review by camilleb1938359587 via Citysearch on 5/13/2013

If I could get away with rating this no stars, I would. Very disappointed in service. We had a seating today (Mother's Day) at 5 p.m. Front reception ladies very pleasant and very accommodating. That is where the good ends. We sat for…

Al's is GREAT! by Guest G. via Judy's Book on 3/26/2012

Just had my daughter's wedding shower at Al's this weekend. The food was fabulous and the service was awesome. Waitresses were so attentive and friendly. Could not of asked for more. Would definately recommend this restaurant!

Al's Steakhouse is delicious! by Jackie M via Insider Pages on 7/24/2009

First off, its a steakhouse so the prices are as you would expect. The food is very good. They have a huge salad bar that comes with your meal. The only con is that it is a little dark inside.

Great for parties! by Kirsten M via Insider Pages on 7/23/2009

We have a Christmas party here every year for work. The food is delicious and they have party rooms available which makes it so much easier with a big group of people.

Horrible place by Jack M via Insider Pages on 2/23/2009

Al's Steakhouse Ginny Priovolos still thinks she owns the place and likes to flirt with the men. Hot stuff. The steaks are as flabby as the hostess and waitresses. There's a taudry, cheap kind of charm about the place with the old gals and…

Very Classy and Good! by Ashlee H via Insider Pages on 10/15/2008

The food is really good. I usually go for the buffet on the weekends when I come here. The atmosphere is really nice. It's very classy and elegant. Great for family parties or special events!

Great Sunday Brunch by Denise R via Insider Pages on 9/18/2008

Growing up, my family would go to Al's Steakhouse almost every Sunday for their brunch. The food -- with a cold salad/fruit bar and a hot breakfast/dinner bar -- is delicious. And the atmosphere is great -- kind of dark.

Al's Steakhouse by Gabrielle M. via Judy's Book on 4/13/2006

Our office has had parties at this location and the food is always great. The seafood, appetizers and what can I tell you about the steaks -delicious. They have several buffets including Friday, Seafood and Sunday Brunch I have never had…

This restaurant has been around forever, and always been a family favorite. The most recent time that we were here was for a bridal shower which was really fun. They have a variety of foods but of course specialize in steaks, try their…

Best for Steaks by Lindsey N. via Judy's Book on 4/1/2006

This place is know for its steaks, but I'm telling you they are really really good, very tender, you don't even need a knife! They also have a Sunday Brunch Buffet that we have gone to that is really good. You need to go early or make…

food is okay but pricey by The whole group H via Insider Pages on 9/13/2005

This place cost to muc money and I do not think you get that much food when my family left every one was hungry again within an hour and for the prices they charge they need to make larger potions of food. PROS: pretty inside CONS: to…

Juicy, Sweet, and Delicious! by Randy O. via Judy's Book on 8/17/2005

This restaurant is great. The steaks melt in your mouth. They are very tender. Undoubtedly the best independently owned steakhouse in the greater Joliet area. Service is top notch, and the food can't be beat. This is the first place I'd go…
