The gardens are very nice and the old world style of the rooms are like a step back in time. This is a very nice homey feeling hotel. The staff is great and the food is wonderful.

this place is great for weddings, the neoghborhood is great, and the town is very quaint. Go there for a weekend in the summer for a break from the city and walk to the Lake Forest Beach...bring a picnic...that is truly a great day.
