Terrible Experience at Comfort Suites in Marion, IL by kstuffings via Citysearch on 3/29/2008

The service was beyond terrible. The Manager/Owner offers no apology for his rude staff or himself. Never again.

I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The staff was horribly rude.
