I will be back and I will purchase by Dennis Riley on 9/19/2022 Scheduled an appointment for an oil change. Arrived a little early but they put me right in. Work was done well and timely. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Bought my car from another Kunes dealership in Quincy and have always had it serviced. Great place. I will be back and I will purchase from them again

Carlos got back to me and helped me out by Ernesto Martinez on 9/7/2022 I have bought and sold a lot of cars thorough out the years and I had good and bad experiences dealing with dealers. I was looking to sell my car and I messaged Kunes for an appraisal . Carlos got back to me and helped me out with the deal. Dealer was an 1hr & 1/2 away from me but I drove there with peace of mind knowing what kind of customer service Carlos was giving me. I got there and there were no surprises and a deal was reached. He is the most professional person I have ever dealt with and I wish every dealer had a Carlos In their lot. If you need someone to help you and you want excellent customer service, ask for Carlos Perez!

Helped me find my car by Timothy Fields on 8/30/2022 Nathaniel campos at kunes was my salesperson at kunes in Oregon. There are not many low pressure care sales people out there. Helped me find my car and get the deal done in 2 hours! That doesn’t happen! The whole staff was so laid back and funny but it all started with my call call to mr campos. I will definitely be looking him up for my next new dodge.

Staff were very helpful, kind, and genuine. I am a Native American Indian, and it’s not always easy to buy a vehicle from a dealership because people can have stereotypes and biases. This dealership knows how to treat people right. They went above and beyond, Mike coordinated a driver to pick me up at the airport, so I could buy this vehicle. This is what makes America great. Bill is also a very gracious host and shared the local history of Oregon, IL, and area. The paperwork experience was smooth, very knowledgeable staff.
