needs to be reported by Amanda S via Insider Pages on 1/25/2009 I have seen the basement and kitchen area of Otto's Cafe, and the health department needs to be notified. I saw a waitress pouring sugar into sugar shakers, and a roach fell out. Go to another place! or ask to see their kitchen/basement…

Not the best food ever! by Kelly R via Insider Pages on 9/19/2008 I would not recommend going to Otto's if your looking for a good meal in Pittsburg. The restaurant is small and the food is not very good. I could make something better at home for a lot cheaper!
