Michael's is known for their craft supplies and they have a great selection for any project you can imagine. However, the shelves were not stocked with some products I was needing and when I went to check out, the line was 6 people long…

needs to be a bit more friendlier when helping customers and not make the customers feel like they are putting them out.
Otherwise this store has widen their inventory to compete with other craft stores in the area.
