Previously, he worked at Manasseh, Gill, Knipe & Belanger 2011-2019; Confidential Assistant at LDEQ 2008-2011; USEPA Attorney March 1999–Feb. 2008; SAUSA 2000-2002; Assistant District Attorney in EBR Parish 1991-1999. LSU Law graduate 1991. Lori has practiced 8 years & previously practiced as Staff Attorney for Judge Richard “Chip” Moore in the 19th JDC, and as an Associate at Manasseh, Gill, Knipe & Belanger. She graduated from Southern University Law Center, cum laude.
