The customer service at Transponder Keys is top of the line! I had a great experience there, and they helped me with new transponder keys for my truck. Their hours are fantastic too-I was able to drop off my vehicle over night while being worked on in order not have any delay leaving work later that day.

The customer service at Locksmith Company was excellent, and we appreciate the timely response. We called them up because our old lock needed to be replaced with something new! The young lady on call listened carefully as I explained how urgent this issue is for us- then she said no problem (which isn't always enough). They sent out one of their guys right away who came in under 30 minutes from when he started work - talk about quick attentive service. And prices...they're exactly what you see online so there are nothing hidden costs or unexpected surprises--just good quality products at fair rates.

This is the reason why I called them yesterday when I had to get in my apartment but the key wouldn’t work due to the fact that it was stuck inside. The dispatcher answered right away, and the locksmith arrived on time. I highly recommend him as he’s always available, even during nighttime hours!
