Owner Richard Shirely started the business after working for a local appliance repair company for 12 years. Out of a desire to work for himself, Richard went out on his own and started a family business to provide local residents his own personal brand of appliance service. His son, Robert, has been working in the family business for over 25 years and continues to surpass customers? expectations.
