Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, Dr. William A Schiro has been providing specialty surgical services in the Greater Lansing and St. Johns area since 1985. Dr. Schiro practices a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal. Dr. Schiro diagnoses and treats facial pain, facial injuries, and TMJ disorders, as well as performs a full range of procedures including dental implant placement, bone grafting, biopsies, and facial cosmetic procedures. Our staff is trained in assisting with I.V. sedation and general anesthesia within our modern, state of the art office settings.
