Went there for the first time this weekend. Food was very good. Great chips and salsa to start with. Efficient wait staff (not the friendliest, but efficient). Good prices too.

The restaurant is in Waterford. They have excellent beans and the horchatas are good too. The atmosphere is interesting and the service is good. Very reasonable prices.
