very poor products and service by jhill81 via Citysearch on 12/14/2011

I got a living room chair from them in feb 2011, here it is dec. 2011 and its already back at their store for repairs. The odd thing is when i called the store to ask about having it repaired the person on the phone said, "wow im surprised…
