My son is very nervous about the dentist. Dr. Grady did not meet my expectations in terms of calming his nerves and helping him to feel comfortable. I expected more understanding and compassion for his fears.

Made a mistake on date of appointment but accommodated. Didn't understand follow up visit that cost me $39 and if they had a concern they could have sent me to periodontal expert from last visit saving on dental cost.
