Here at Dacks Cuisine, We are a family owned and operated business with a goal to share the real taste of Jamaica with everyone. Our customers can’t get enough of our Oxtails and Jerk Chicken dishes. The items on our menu are seasoned and marinated for at least 48 to 72 hours before they touch the stove. This process allows the meats to absorb the seasonings throughout, leaving nothing lacking in flavor and taste.
