Acconcia Travel Office, Inc. is a well-known landmark in the New York City American-Italian community, established in 1959 by Angelo Acconcia, an Italian lawyer emigrated in the U.S. who opened a travel agency offering a wide array of services aimed to help and facilitate the integration of the Italian immigrants in their new American environment. Joined a few years later by Pierino Adovasio, they created a versatile and solid business capable to adjust to the ever-changing challenges of a very competitive market. Nowadays, Acconcia Travel is conducted and operated by Pierino Adovasio and Massimiliano Paganini assisted by Maria. F. Acconcia-Paganini.
