Worst HVAC in Ohio by far. by Anthony Paulino on 1/11/2026 Service started December 20 and my HVAC system is still broken with no repair date. Foxcroft HVAC & Refrigeration LLC left my home without heat during sub-zero winter temperatures in Ohio.I was repeatedly told parts were ordered, but stories kept changing and nothing was fixed. Appointments were delayed or useless, and there was zero urgency for an essential heating failure. Communication was dismissive and unprofessional.This situation made my home unsafe and caused me to get sick. I am now reporting this company to the BBB and the Ohio Attorney General. Avoid this company if you need reliable or emergency HVAC service.
