Lehigh Valley Pharmacy Services at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Hazleton

Whether you are hospitalized at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Hazleton, having an outpatient procedure or visiting the emergency department, you can fill your prescriptions before you leave the hospital at Lehigh Valley Pharmacy Services. Our pharmacy is located on the first floor of the Annex Building in the rear of the hospital and is open to the public Monday through Friday.
