Worst service ever! by KW on 11/21/2025 I received the absolute WORST service at Take5 on Barker Cypress (Cypress, TX) today. The mechanic asked me to drive into the service area which I did and that was the only time he spoke to me. He left me sitting in the area for over 20 minutes while he serviced cars that came in after me. I would have appreciated if he would have said, “Ma’am, it’s going to be awhile is that okay with you?” as opposed to just leaving me sitting there. I was trying to do a good service to get an oil change for my mother-in-law's car and ended up leaving with barely a goodbye. That was my first and last visit to TakeOver20Minutes!!
