David was great, he resolved not one, but multiple problems with my HVAC system. I had a stubborn clog in my main drain line that a competitor could not unclog, but Leon got it unclogged instantly and he also got my unit cooling at peak performance again. Was very pleased with the price and David able to resolve a problem others were not able to! It was worth the price! We are relaxing again in my cool and now comfy home! Within two hours from the time I called the company, David, the owner of the company and his uncle came to my residence to check out my air unit that quit working. The were masked and professionally dressed with badges that identified them.
After checking the unit out on the outside and inside I was shown photos of the problems with the unit. Rust and corrosion was found on both the heat and air units and a motor was needed for the outside compressor. David suggested replacing both units since the compressor was outdated and the parts were not made anymore and I had a 1989 the heating unit.
David quoted me a price for both the air and heat units that was extremely reasonable knowing in 2014 I had replaced a smaller unit for three times that price in another residence. He said he could have it installed the same day.
Within three hours, the manager called and said he and his crew would be here to install both units. They were at my residence well within the time he quoted me on the phone. The manager introduced his self and crew members to me and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with having them in my residence. They were all masked, professional, friendly and very careful not to damage anything. The work was gone quickly. I was explained the new thermostat put in and told if I had any questions or problems to please call them immediately and they would be there.
I do not believe I have ever worked with a company that is so professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and has such reasonable prices for their work. I will recommend David and his company to any one and everyone whenever I can.
