Fantastic. Richard has a scary deep knowledge of product, fashion, options, etc. Gave us incredibly good advice and cautions through the entire process. We absolutely couldn't be happier!

Richard was very helpful and knowledgable. The couch an chair are great, I get a lot of compliments on them.My bar stools didn't arrive with the couch as expected.

Great experience in the store with Richard when we purchased our two chairs and ottoman. Not a good experience with delivery today. They called at 11 to ask if they could deliver then, instead of 1-3 as they had told us the day before. …

My wife bought the leather sectional in July 09. Medium cushions. The cushions six months later are worn out and the stitching is coming loose on 3 seat cushions.\r
Waiting on them to come out and fix the problems.\r
