Do NOT call these this company! by mflem202 on 8/22/2020 I have a problem with my car - granted. I called a tow service my mechanic recommended this morning. It was $60 to tow about 1 mile. Mechanic did the work and the car ran fine. I drove the car for 2 hours, made a stop on my way home and the same problem happened; my car was a brick. Would not move, jump, get out of gear. Nothing. Called the "morning" tow service - answering machine was full. It's Friday afternoon and the business where my car is stuck is closing in 2 hours. I got on Google and this "service" was the first on the page so I called. They answered; "be there in 20 minutes". OVER AN HOUR LATER the truck arrived. Did the job quickly and competently. Towed the car 2.5 miles to my house and charged me $225.00!! Almost 4 times as much as the morning tow from a different company. $225.00!!! To ME, that is theft. It may be legal but it is still theft. That rate is inexcusable. The work was done well but the fee was completely unreasonable. Stay away from this company until they change their rates!!
