Can’t be trusted by tfr2002 on 8/16/2021 It would be nice if this company audited the ethics of their sales reps. I called the company to inspect for bed bugs, due to itchy skin I was having at night. Cameron came by to look at my apartment for bed bugs, and pointed out any little fleck on my mattress and floor as bed bug remnants (ex. eggs, larvae, debris, excrement)I was highly skeptical, and so I collected every speck he pointed out, and placed them in a clear plastic cup. I then ordered a magnifying loupe from Amazon for $10, and then spent just a few minutes looking at each spec. The loupe was powerful enough to see in tremendous detail what every speck was…. food crumb, grain of sand, lint, etc. No evidence AT ALL of anything related to bed bugs. The itching shortly resolved after the inspection — turned out to be something else entirely unrelated to bed bugs. This rep could have easily brought a magnifying loupe with him, to convince himself — and me — whether or not there was any evidence at all of bed big infestation. Instead, it was just smoke and mirrors… and dishonest sales practices. Stay away from this company. Dishonest sales reps. Make sure your rep brings a magnifying loupe to prove to you that there is an infestation, before they try to sell you hundreds of dollars of unnecessary pest control.
