A much better alternative to Top's by Jeanette S. via Judy's Book on 8/11/2005

Lucky Garden is a much better alternative to Top's if you're looking for Chinese. I especially like their Pepper Chicken, which is similar to Pepper Steak but made with Chicken instead. It's not found at a lot of Chinese take-out…
