I like their tacos and birch beer by Mark G via Insider Pages on 8/31/2009 Tippy's has been a fixture in Northern Virginia for as long as I can remember. \r All the food they serve is made fresh onsite, and they have Birch Beer too. It's a great place to go for a quick lunch
