Usually I get great service at Rick's. However this time, WITH a pre-scheduled appointment, I was there for 2 hours, for just an oil change. I will continue to use Rick's and would like to add that this was unusual.

Replaced the alternator before it became a serious problem. Back on the road the same day. No problems since.
