Steve began his career with Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning over 18 years ago in Wenatchee, WA as a technician. He held other positions as a lead tech, general manager and VP of operations which helped him to learn and grow within the company. He was then given the opportunity to purchase the Spokane, WA franchise and with the support of his wife, Joleen and kids, Weslee and Melissa he became the owner/operator.

They have owned the Spokane company for over 11 years now. Steve is dedicated to providing a quality, affordable cleaning and he does it with a smile. He loves making each customer feel special. As he likes to say every day when going out to a customer's home is "I get to go play" and he means it.

Aside from the business, our family of 4 keeps busy with being in the outdoors especially going camping and going for walks. We love going to sporting events, playing board games and having family movie nights with pizza and popcorn. We love the Spokane area and look forward to enjoying many more years to come.
