Elle is a Chicago native, who is passionate about working with underserved communities.

Her training at the University of Maryland, Baltimore included an internship as a Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner, outreach liaison for the Baltimore Police to sex workers looking to report assaults, and research assistant to Dr. Cara Krulewitch collecting epidemiological data.
