I love the salon and my stylist. I'm afraid though if there is another hike in the cost of a haircut, I'll have to go somewhere else. I always recommend the salon, but with the caveat that it is very expensive.

Really great customer service and communication. The stylist I was supposed to see was unable to come in, and the salon immediately called and offered to reschedule or get me in with someone else.
