Don't go to this place by michaelmondo457 on 12/11/2020 I do not know where to begin or end ?? This is our [friend and I] second time dining at this Restaurant. The first time the pizza was fair. The second time: The Lasagna was very good, but the Pumpkin ?? Ravioli- COLD as a corpse with a warm sauce. I brought it up to the AM, Raul, and responded with: "I'm sorry." In the interim, my friend ate while I sat without a complimentary drink or appetizer. The Manager, whose appearance is quite unpleasant did not offer a glass of wine or appetizer. I had to tell Raul how I would have handled the situation politely and he sarcastically, obnoxiously, and rudely said: "I was going to offer you dessert after you were done eating." His response was pathetic ?? and fruitless. The Waiter, Peter, expressed that the reason why the Ravioli was cold was because. "It happens sometimes with frozen Ravioli." The issues I have is not that it was frozen, but why not have cold pasta in their fridge instead of frozen. To add more to the insult, the AM, telling us that he has been in the business for over 30 years. WARNING ?? DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. Mistakes can happened, but how it was handled by Raul, whose appearance is so uncomfortable and poorly dressed, is worse than bad food.
