My experience with Harla's Plumbing by SA on 3/2/2022

This is my first review, however I had a bad experience that I wanted to warn others. I was referred to Steve who scheduled our appointment, so far so good. He provided a two hour window for the appointment and told me he would text 20 minutes prior to arrival. When it came to the end of the two hour window, I called him. No response. Then texted him. 20 minutes later he texted back saying he was at an emergency appointment and wouldn't be able to get back to us until two hours later or so. Shouldn't he have contacted me as soon as he knew he was going to be late? Because I had taken the afternoon off from work to meet with him at my elderly parents home I asked him to let me know when he was finished and if he could come to their house afterwards. I didn't want to take another few hours off from work again. Well that was the last I heard from him. I called and texted him again 3 hours after the initial service window and no response. To be so disrespectful of others time and not responding is really unacceptable. I have no comment as to any of his work, because he didn't do any work for us. My comments are only directed to his extremely poor communication and not respecting people's time. I would have put zero stars or negative but one was the lowest rating.
