I got towed for parking illegally in Lakewood and I was pretty drunk and abusive to the people at Baker's. I felt they were professional and probably saved me from getting behind the wheel and killing someone or getting a dui!!

I called a day in advance for a tow, and this place shows up 2 hours late. Called them when 15 minutes late, said they were in route. Owner was the rudest guy I ever met.
