I will rave about Marty and Dan always! I was given Dans number and was told that he could help get us an approval we wanted. I honestly was not going to call him because I was tried of all the empty promises from all other companies who promised they could or would help get us the approval we were looking for. Dan ended up calling us and we decided to give it one last shot. I still remember him saying "start packing because im gonna get you that approval" within the next week we were meeting with Marty looking at homes. She was able to find us a beautiful farm style home that was delivered the very next month. They are always readily available to answer any and all questions. They helped us out in any way they possibly could. The process with them was extremly fast and super easy. I will forever continue to refer people to them. When they say they can help, they can!
