Dr. Buyanov

Dr. Buyanov is skilled to diagnosis your pain to find the most effective solution for your daily activities needs. He understands that each case is unique and strives to offer you the best treatment plan for your specific condition. Dr Buyanov received his training in Anesthesiology at Penn State Medical Center, PA. He then went on to further train in Interventional Pain Management in their Post Doctoral fellowship program. He moved to San Antonio and was part of a multispecialty neurosurgery group before starting Premier Pain Consultants, which has a practice philosophy of quality patient care which is compassionate and cost effective. Dr. Buyanov believes in conservative care which will improve the quality of life of his patients and also improved function.
