I really enjoyed having Keyrenter Salt Lake as my property management. They were always quick to respond with any request and email that I sent in regarding the property. They seem to have struck a good balance between representing both tenant and landlord. Fairly priced and good service.

I live out of the country so managing my apartment complexes in the USA was very complicated. I was referred to Keyrenter Salt Lake by a friend who also owns apartment complexes he mentioned so many great things they did so I decided to give them a call. I have now been with them for 6 months and I have not had to go back to the USA for any issues with my complexes! They literally take care of everything, they provide me with all updates I need and get all the rent into my account. Maintenance is also taken care of with them, they do it all at the best prices! Keyrenter Salt Lake is the company to call for apartment complexes managements.

I was worried about applying at Keyrenter Salt Lake for a place to live after seeing the requirements but I am glad I did so! The management is amazing, I am always taken care of, and the complex itself is always very clean. I have never had any issues living here and I have been here for over a year already, they are quick to get back to you when you call, and the customer service is always very friendly. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a place to live!
