Dr. Mund has MS. While I feel sorry for his condition, he is numb in his hands and doesn’t have good control when giving shots. It really hurt me a lot.

I am sorry that Dr. Mund has such bad MS. But he doesnt really have feeling in his hands and he slips a lot when he uses the drill. He hurt my son. We will not be going back.

Dr. Mund was telling me that he has MS. I don’t really like going to a dentist that has numb hands. I had him do a root canal and I had to go back three times because I continued to have pain.

My complaint is with the "office manager" and his lack of professionalism. I had to wait over 2 months for my permanent crown. Was called 5 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment for cancellation because of my crown wasn't in. Ok. I had to keep rescheduling and what not. Finally, after the ordeal, I reached out to the manager for answers. 3 days later, he called me back. Every other word that she spoke was 'um' and tried to tell me he couldn't send me my xrays by email. Completely out of her element and job title. Front office staff is very nice and welcoming. Even the technicians and Dr's. Mund definitely not the so called manager that has no idea what it takes to run a business!

Dr. Mund's front office staff is very pushy. They overcharged me for a simple checkup ($765) and then turned me into collections one month later.
