Horrible Experience by Local Customer on 1/12/2024

 

Did not enjoy my visit with Mr. Will Ellingson. First off I told them I didn't want to do business with them if I had to pay anything out of pocket. They assured me I didn't have to. When I got there the staff was very pushy and wanted to get me in right away. I sat down and 5 minutes later the doctor came in telling me he couldn't help me because my teeth were too bad. That I needed tons of work done and referred me to his friend. He also told me I wouldn't have any of my teeth within a year. Well, I have all my teeth, went to another dentist and had a great time.

The problem I had was customer service, honestly, taking time to actually evaluate what was going on, and being over charged. I didn't get anything out of this service and my insurance was charged and I was charged.

Very very disappointed to say the least.

I really enjoy coming to this office. It is fun and professional. Everyone is so kind and really cares about how I am doing and if I am comfortable. Thank you Granite View Dental!!!
