Fluent Motions Parkour

Fluent Motions Parkour is a movement-based gym in Spokane built around helping kids and families grow stronger, more confident, and more capable, both physically and mentally.

I started Fluent Motions because I believe movement should be empowering, not intimidating. Parkour gives kids a chance to problem-solve, build resilience, and learn how to trust their bodies in a safe, structured environment. Our classes focus on strength, coordination, creativity, and confidence, and we meet each student where they’re at. Whether a student is brand new to movement or working on advanced skills, progress is always encouraged at their own pace.

Classes are intentionally kept small, so every student gets real coaching, support, and encouragement. We work with ages 3 through adults and offer weekly classes, private lessons, camps, birthday parties, and monthly Parent’s Night Out events. More than anything, Fluent Motions is about community, creating a space where kids feel supported, parents feel welcome, and everyone feels like they belong.

Parkour is what we teach, but building confident humans and a strong community is the real goal.
