The beef brisket was perfectly cooked, but the barbeque sauce has been watered down with vinegar. It almost looked like they poured barbeque sauce over it and then poured vinegar on top of that. Still amazing barbeque, though.

While it is a little placer, it is revered throughout Denver for have some of the best Barbcue. That and when Daddy Bruce was alive, he would give back to the community more than any other resturant.
