EZlocal's Summer Roundup | A Review In Five Parts

by

Sep 05

We’ve been away for longer than we usually like to be. The reason for our absence is simple—we’ve been enjoying a very eventful season.

This summer, in short, has been a sweet one.

From what’s been gathered, that goes for EZlocal the company as well as the individual employees who, collectively, make up the greater team.

Now, eventful summers are the best kind, as everyone knows. For one thing, it leaves you with so much to write and think about. The only trouble is, there’s less time to write and think about those things.

Well today all of that changes!

In lieu of a complete season’s chronicling, please enjoy this late-summer montage.

  • THE COMPANY PICNIC AT HIDDEN LAKE FOREST PRESERVE

Portillo's, shuttlecocks, and bags, what more could you ask for? Ever seen a team of dedicated professionals engaged in an impromptu game of Duck, Duck, Goose? I thought not.

All in a day's work here at EZlocal—a summer day's work that is.

  • A DAY OF CHARITY AND TEAM-BUILDING AT FEED MY STARVING CHILDREN OF AURORA

We joined forces with an organization that's close to our hearts, Feed My Starving Children. Our team hand-packed meals to be later shipped to children in need throughout the world! So what if a ‘lil friendly competition crept into the proceedings?

  • THE SUDDEN, TRIUMPHANT FORMATION OF AN EZLOCAL SOFTBALL TEAM (THE FIRST EVER?)

As we gear up for game two, we're reminded of the words of an ever-optimistic sales manager by the name of Mark Raffen: "Let's keep this momentum rolling team! Except for that one game, we are UNDEFEATED!" Special thanks to account manager Sandra Wyman for putting it all together!

  • EZLOCAL'S SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM HOLDS A GIVEAWAY FOR THE BENEFIT OF STUDENTS RETURNING TO SCHOOL

We wanted to make going back to school EZ, so we held a giveaway for a chance to win a $50 Amazon Gift Card!

  • FANTASY FOOTBALL’S DRAFTING AND RIVALRY

Need we say more? The draft was held last week. Stay tuned people!

  • LIFE'S SIMPLE, MORE SOLITARY PLEASURES
  •

Now that the summer's coming to a close, we look forward to a more relaxed pace... and origami, courtesy of the web team's talented Bryan Hoffman.
